DOVEBID® TO CONDUCT WEBCAST AUCTION FOR UNICIRCUIT, INC.

FOSTER CITY, CA (September 29, 2005) - DoveBid, Inc., a global provider of capital asset auction and valuation services, announced today that it will conduct a Webcast auction of a Complete 138,000 sq. ft. State-of-the-Art Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Facility, surplus to the continuing operations of Unicircuit, Inc.

The Webcast auction will be conducted live over the Internet at DoveBid’s Website on October 20, 2005 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Time in Roseville, Minnesota. This auction features CNC Drilling, Routing and Scoring Machines; X-Ray Inspection Machines; Plating, Develop/Etch/Strip, Multibond, Pre-Clean and Clean Lines; a Hot/Cold Hydraulic Lamination Line; Solder Reflow and Leveling Equipment; Toolroom, Plant Support, IT and Network Equipment; and much more. A preview of the assets will take place on October 19, 2005 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time and the morning of the sale.
