Assets featured in the auction include an Assignment of Dark Fiber Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) between FTV Communications, LLC and Enron Broadband Services, Inc. and Title to Fiber, Duct and Assignment of Rights of Way Associated with Salt Lake City Metro installed by Enron Broadband Services, Inc.
