DOVEBID® TO CONDUCT TWO WEBCAST AUCTIONS FOR MASTEC, INC.

FOSTER CITY, CA (March 17, 2003) - DoveBid, Inc., a global provider of capital asset auction and valuation services, today announced it will conduct two Webcast auctions for MasTec, Inc., one of the largest providers of infrastructure services in the Americas.

The first auction will take place on March 25, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time in Purcell, Oklahoma (997 State Highway 74). The auction will include multiple quantities of 1998-99 Vermeer D50X100A horizontal directional drills, Vermeer D40X40 horizontal directional drills, fluid/mud recycling systems, trucks and trailers, and drilling equipment.

The second auction will take place on March 28, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time in Tampa, Florida (7221 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd East). The auction will include multiple quantities of Vermeer & American Auger horizontal and directional drills, mud recycling systems, trailers, International truck tractors, flatbed-mechanics-dump trucks, 1998-2000 Ford pickup trucks, cable racks, drill steel and welders.
