SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (August 3, 2000) - Interchange System, Inc., the premier online marketplace for pre-owned office furniture and equipment, today announced an agreement with DoveBid, Inc., a leader in Webcast and online business-to-business capital asset auctions and valuation services, to integrate Interchange System's exchange with DoveBid.

According to the agreement, Interchange System will seek to make DoveBid's broadly based capital asset remarketing and disposition services available to its dealers and its clients. In return, DoveBid will seek to include assets listed on Interchange System's dealer network on its Website. Interchange System operates a neutral, Internet-based network that gives office furniture manufacturers, dealers and brokers the ability to share information regarding pre-owned assets.
