Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans with targeted accounts that address their needs and maximize account penetration
- Sales and technical resource accountable for the overall profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of clients
- Maintain frequent and personal contact and develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company
- Develop creative marketing programs in order to maximize sales within each portfolio account
- Establish a trusted partner relationship with Executive level (CEO, CIO, CFO Functional President or leadership equivalent).
- Manage global accounts across multiple domestic and international locations, including multiple operating organizations.
- Deliver presentations to all levels of employees within the targeted industry or portfolio client
- Demonstrate understanding of key business and profit drivers for our customers.
- Accountable for resolution of customer escalations
Required Skills / Experience:
- 10 plus years successful account management and sales experience
- Experience in one or more of the following industries (specific to the locations above):
- Bio-Tech/Pharma
- Electronic Manufacturing (Test, SMT)
- Semiconductor
- Automotive (metalworking/machine tools)
- Food/Chemical Processing and Packaging
- Solution selling experience
- Global account experience, including experience coordinating with internal sales staff worldwide
- Demonstrated record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to develop creative programs to motivate participation from each client
- Superior presentation skills, including experience presenting to large audiences and senior executives
- Skilled at identifying decision-makers and building strong executive relationships
- Knowledgeable about equipment and established network within at least one of DoveBid verticals
- Experience in the remarketing or leasing of capital assets a plus
- Must possess solid business and financial acumen with the vision and strategic skills necessary to design and drive both short and long-term strategy for account management and business growth
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills required
- Self-starting, persuasive, and driven
- Decision making and problem solving capabilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Extensive local and domestic travel required

DoveBid Inc, the world's leading auctioneer of business assets, is currently hiring Account Executives in various US locations to offer its premier disposition services including remarketing and valuation of industrial assets to the Global 4000 Corporations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads using industry news, publications, developed personal network or cold calling
- Network within the industry, vertical, market and accounts to establish new client contacts
- Quickly grasp client business requirements and fit solutions around those specific needs
- Communicate and present effectively to all client levels, including CxO
- Maintain frequent and personal contact and develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company
- Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful close
- Demonstrate understanding of key business and profit drivers for our customers
- Understand and articulate information regarding highly technical equipment
- Effectively utilize lead generation system
Required Skills / Experience:
- 7 plus years successful account management and sales experience
- Demonstrated record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Bio-Tech/Pharma
- Electronic Manufacturing (Test, SMT)
- Semiconductor
- Automotive (metalworking/machine tools)
- Food/Chemical Processing and Packaging
